5. For how long are the data stored?

2. At the end of the retention period Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore once information are deleted any rigth to request access, cancellation or rectification of the aforementioned info will no longer stand.

1. For a list of user rights, Art. 13, c. 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679 applies.

2. The User has the right to (i) ask the owner of the data treatment whether personal data are stored and (ii) to request them in intelligible form.

However the owner of the treatment cannot be held accountable for this request if the accomplishment is impossible due to the disproportionate means and resources necessary (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter c) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003);

The transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by Article 45, paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 2016/679, for which no further consent is required.
